Ms. Kennelly - Classroom Spotlight

We have been working hard here in room 105! We have been working on our math skills, our friendship skills, and everything else to prepare us to be great members of our community! Each week when the students show some integrity, we like to celebrate that with Student of the weeks! In September the students LOVED having our FFA members come and share with them some of their great knowledge! We were able to take our learning in science and apply it when we went on our field trip to Cave of the Mounds. We had an amazing time and loved seeing all the cave bacon! With Halloween behind us, we have had some great times and we were able to use that fun to create monsters and monster themed word problems! We have created our own math monsters this month of October. Halloween was a great time in our room, the students worked together in games and their costumes were great! We are getting our multiplication facts a refresher right now and will be ready soon to multiply multi-digit numbers! Our students are creating a culture of excellence here at Forreston Grade School!
